Files used by IXI Visual Tcl

The following files and directories are used by IXI visual Tcl.

xm_vtcld

The binary for the graphical version of IXI Visual Tcl

/bin/vtcl

The binary for the Tcl shell with embedded IXI Visual Tcl command processor

/lib/vtcl/vtcl.tlib

Tcl library of extended IXI Visual Tcl commands

/lib/vtcl/vtcl.tndx

Tcl Index for library of extended IXI Visual Tcl commands

/lib/vtcl/commands.dat

Data file containing IXI Visual Tcl commands

/lib/vtcl/options.dat

Data file containing options to IXI Visual Tcl commands

/lib/vtcl

The location for libvtcl.a and vtcl.h (C library and header file)

/usr/lib/X11/app-defaults/Vtcl

The resource file for IXI Visual Tcl

If the data files are moved to a directory other than /lib/vtcl, their new location should be set in the environment variable VTCL_HOME. Otherwise Visual Tcl will be unable to locate them.
